1. How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?

 

Once you have submitted the order, it will normally take 1-2 working days for us to process the order and please allow 7-12 days for delivery via Express Mail, but sorry we do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

 

2. How can I check the status of my order?

 

You can login into your account and check the status of your order in the order history. If you have any problem, please contact us ASAP.

 

3. How much shipping will be charged for each order and how can I track my parcel online?

 

The tracking number would be sent by email once the items have been shipped. No matter how many items you purchase per transaction, We only charge 4.99 US Dollar for shipping. The shipping of the items is online traceable.

Ordering on shopoingjuicyjewelry.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “add to basket” button to place it in your Shopping basket. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.

 

5. Do you ship your juciy couture worldwide?

 

Yes, we will send the items worldwide by EMS.

 

6. What kind of currency do you accept?

 

At present, we accept US dollars.

 

7. Things are usually cheaper if they are bought in bulk. Are you ?

 

Yes , it’s sure! It will be cheaper if you are a package shopping or buy a lot of ornaments and jewelry and so on.

 

8. What should I do if I never received the shipment?


After we provided the Tracking Number, the customer should track the items online frequently to avoid the troubles unaware in the delivery process. You can email our sales team directly on the lost shipment and we will investigate the case. Once we are convinced that the item was lost, we will replace a new shipment to you or refund. However, we will not be responsible for the lost if you have furnished incorrect information in the order form.


9. Why are your prices so low but with good quality ?

 

Please do not suspect us since we have a lower price. We are absolutely legal and legitimate, just because we are direct agent.

 

10. What methods of payment do you accept?
